Read for My School is a completely free national schools reading competition that promotes reading for pleasure by challenging pupils to read as many books as possible in three months. Throughout the competition there are prizes and awards to be won for schools and pupils taking part.

Reading Groups where an average of 9 books per pupil have been read are in with a chance of winning Pearson book vouchers worth up to £1,000. Teachers can also nominate their pupils as Reading Legends, giving them a chance to win a tower of books.
By 29 th April all winning schools and pupils were contacted. Winners receive their awards at the RFMS Awards Ceremony in London on 13 th June.
